Keep by the phone
Write these on a card at your front door and in your wallet:
- Your gate number, street and manor number (for example: Gate 5, 3000 Via Buena Vista, 2123-C)
- Your Mutual (United, Third or Mutual Fifty) and your doctor's name
- A family contact and a neighbor who has your key
- Your medication list
