LWVlife Privacy Policy
Version 1.3 - 2026-10-25 (adds My Diary, section 9b, and Aimee AI chat, section 6a). Applies to: the LWVlife web app (lwvlife.org/app-preview), the LWVlife Android app (Google Play) and the LWVlife iPhone app.
1. Who we are
LWVlife is an independent resident guide for Laguna Woods Village, operated by LWVlife.org / KoMeRiCa (Laguna Woods, California). LWVlife is not affiliated with the Golden Rain Foundation (GRF), Village Management Services (VMS) or any Mutual. Contact: [email protected], (562) 888-0099.
2. The short version
- Most of the app needs no account. Only the optional LWV Connections feature asks for a nickname, a phone number or email, and a 6-digit PIN (see section 9).
- What you save in the app (favorites, appointments, family contacts, settings) stays on your phone. We do not receive it.
- Location and microphone are used only when you tap a button that needs them.
- We do not sell data, show targeted ads, or use third-party tracking or analytics tools. Club promotion views and taps are counted only as daily totals.
- You can delete everything the app saved at any time.
3. Information kept only on your phone
The app saves the following in your phone's app storage. It is not sent to LWVlife.org.

Family Care contacts are information about other people. Please add only people who agree, and only what is needed (a name and phone number). The app never uploads them.
4. Information that leaves your phone
- When the app loads Village information it asks the LWVlife.org server for events, the local business directory and the neighbor-help board lists. These requests do not contain your saved data (except "My posts", which sends your private post link so you can see the answers). Like every website, our server and our hosting/network provider (Cloudflare) automatically record technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to keep the service secure and working. Logs are kept for a limited time and are not sold or used for advertising.
- Current News and Community Alerts: while the app is open it downloads one news file and one alerts file from the LWVlife.org server about every 5 minutes. These requests contain no interests, reading history or other saved data - your choices are applied on your phone. The LWVlife server collects headlines only from sources whose terms allow it (today: National Weather Service alerts, and CalMatters headlines in English). For other publishers the app shows only a link to their own website. Short summaries and translations are made only for sources whose permission allows it and for official weather-alert text: for those, the server sends the public headline and the publisher's short description to Anthropic's Claude AI service - never any information about residents. Summaries and translations are marked "AI" and are not official. Village alerts are posted only after an LWVlife administrator approves them, written in our own short words with a link to the official notice. "Read full article" opens the publisher's own website, under its own privacy policy.
- Weather is requested by your phone directly from the U.S. National Weather Service (api.weather.gov) for the Village location, not your location. Like any website, the Weather Service receives normal technical request information (such as IP address).
- Maps use OpenStreetMap map tiles; the map software is loaded from the unpkg service. Those services receive normal technical request information (such as IP address).
- Calls and text messages you start (for example to Village Security or a family member) are placed by your phone's own Phone and Messages apps. The app only fills in the number or message; nothing is sent until you press Call or Send.
4a. Anonymous usage counts
To make the app easier for seniors, LWVlife counts anonymous taps, screens and errors on our own server only. We store a random visit code that changes every day, the screen name, the button name and a small number. We do not collect your name, phone, email, IP address, location, anything you type or say, Aimee conversations, diary or health content, or search words. We do not sell or share this data and no advertising company receives it. Details are deleted after 14 days; only daily totals remain, and totals based on fewer than 10 visits are never shown. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we ignore your usage entirely. Questions or requests: see Contact below.
5. Location
Location is used only when you tap "My location" or start golf-cart tools, to show where you are on the Village map. Your phone asks your permission first. The location stays on your phone and is not sent to LWVlife.org. If you say no, everything else still works.
6. Microphone and voice
The microphone is used only when you tap "Tap to Talk" to ask Aimee a question. Speech is turned into text by your phone's or browser's built-in speech service (for example Google on Android/Chrome, Apple on iPhone), under that company's privacy policy. LWVlife does not record or keep audio. Aimee's spoken answers, Good Morning and the read-aloud news are produced by your phone's own voices; no audio is sent anywhere. News is read aloud only where the publisher allows it.
6a. Talking with Aimee (AI)
When you ask Aimee a general question by typing or speaking, the text of your question and the last few turns of that conversation (up to 12) are sent from the LWVlife.org server to Anthropic's Claude AI service to write Aimee's answer. Do not type names, phone numbers, addresses or health details you want to keep private. LWVlife does not store the conversation: our server keeps only a count of words used (for cost), the language and the time - not what you said. Anthropic processes the request on our behalf as a service provider and does not use it to train its AI. Aimee is an AI, not a doctor, lawyer or Village official; for emergencies call 911.
7. Sharing (KakaoTalk and others)
The Share button opens your phone's share menu (KakaoTalk, Messages, Email and others). You choose the app and the person, and nothing is sent until you press Send there. LWVlife does not read your contacts, chats or KakaoTalk account.
8. Outside websites and services
Some buttons open websites and services run by others, for example DwellingLIVE (Village guest registration), Laguna Woods Village websites, Medicare.gov, SSA.gov, AARP, YouTube, PBS and Netflix. The "Websites & Resources" card opens our own related websites: LWVlife.org, and KoMeRiCa (komerica.com and its Korean life guide life.komerica.com, which the Korean screen opens). These websites have their own pages and policies; the app shares no saved data with them. The app shows a notice before opening them. You sign in only on their pages. LWVlife never sees or stores your resident ID, passwords, guest lists, Medicare or Social Security information, or video-service accounts. Those services have their own privacy policies.
9. Optional LWV Connections account
LWV Connections helps residents meet neighbors (friends, roommates and other purposes) and lets clubs apply for a promotion. It is optional. If you use it, the LWVlife.org server keeps:
- Account: your nickname, the phone number or email you give (private - never shown to other people unless you press "Share my contact" in a conversation), and your 6-digit PIN, stored only as a one-way scrambled code, never as the number itself. We also record that you confirmed you live in the Village and accepted the community rules, the date, and your language.
- What you post: your introductions, interests and photos. Photos are resized and their hidden location data (EXIF) is removed. Other signed-in members see only introductions you publish.
- Greetings and messages: greetings and private messages between two members, which only those two people can see in the app. If a message is reported, the LWVlife administrator can read it to review the report. We also keep your blocks and the reports you send.
- Club promotions: the club information you submit, a private contact for the club, and daily totals of how often a live promotion was shown and opened (counts only, not who saw it). Live club promotions, including the club contact you choose to show, are public to anyone using the app.
- Sign-in and safety records: a sign-in cookie (kept up to 90 days while you use it), failed sign-in counts, scrambled network and account keys used to stop abuse and double counting (kept up to 31 days), and a private log of account actions (for example sign-up, publish, block, share) kept for safety.
- Password reset: if you forget your PIN and gave an email, we send a one-time code from our Gmail account. Phone-number accounts reset with staff help; staff call the number on file.
Introductions appear when you publish them. Every introduction and every member has a Report button and a separate Block button. The LWVlife administrator reviews reports and club promotions, and can hide introductions or close accounts that break the rules. LWVlife takes no payment inside the app and never collects card or bank numbers. If a club pays LWVlife for a promotion outside the app (for example by check or Zelle), we record the amount, method and payment reference.
9b. My Diary & Health Records (optional, needs the same account)
If you sign in to My Diary with your LWVlife account, the entries you save (your words, the title, topic tags such as blood pressure or medicine, and the date and time) are stored on the LWVlife server so you do not lose them. Health notes you choose to write are sensitive: please write only what you want to keep.
- Who can read it: only you, signed in with your PIN. Other members, clubs and advertisers never see it.
- Protection: your words are encrypted (AES-256) on the server with a key kept only for your diary. Dates and topic tags are not encrypted so the calendar works. The LWVlife operator could technically unlock the key for repairs or when the law requires; we never read diaries.
- Voice: when you speak, your phone's own speech service turns your words into text (Google on Android, Apple on iPhone). No sound recording is kept by LWVlife.
- Drafts and offline saves: the entry you are writing is also kept on your phone until it is saved, and an entry saved without internet waits on your phone until it uploads.
- AI (Aimee memories) - off unless you agree: only if you agree in My Diary > Privacy and then press an AI button, the entries for that one request are sent to Anthropic (Claude) to write a short summary or a monthly memory-book narration. Results are stored encrypted in your diary and marked "AI". Withdrawing consent deletes all AI results. We do not use your diary to train AI.
- Keeping and deleting: entries stay until you delete them. Deleted entries stay in the trash for 30 days, then are erased. "Delete my whole diary" erases everything and your key at once. Our encrypted nightly server backups keep copies for up to 7 days.
- Download: My Diary > Privacy > Download my diary (text or a complete copy).
- Deleting your LWVlife account also erases your whole diary.
9a. Neighbor Help, Coupons and other posts
Neighbor Help and Coupons & deals posts made in the app (English and Chinese screens) go to the LWVlife.org neighbor boards. The Korean screen opens the same kind of boards on komerica.com. Your name or nickname and your post are shown publicly; your phone number or email never is. When you answer a post, your name, contact and message go only to the person who posted (and the administrator). Posts are reviewed before they are shown, and the team may shorten or correct a post before approving it. Every post has a Report button. We keep a scrambled network code with each post to stop abuse; it is deleted with the post. Open posts normally end after 21 days (the team may set a different end date or extend it); closed or rejected posts and their answers are deleted after 7 days; posts nobody reviewed are deleted after 14 days. Forms marked "send for review" go privately, with the name and contact you give, to the LWVlife team's message box and are never shown publicly.
10. Children
LWVlife is made for adults living in a 55+ community. It is not directed to children, and LWV Connections is for adults 18 and older only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.
11. Security
All connections use encrypted HTTPS. The app accepts only secure (https) website addresses for shortcuts and blocks unsafe link types. Information saved on your phone is protected by your phone's lock; please use a screen lock.
12. Your choices
- Delete everything the app saved: Settings > Delete all my data.
- Turn off location or microphone at any time in your phone's settings.
- Uninstalling the app removes its saved data from your phone.
- Delete your LWV Connections account: in the app, LWV Connections > Privacy & safety > Delete my account; or on the web at lwvlife.org/app-preview/delete-account.html (works without the app). At once: your nickname, contact and PIN are erased; your introductions, photos and shared contacts are deleted; pending greetings are withdrawn; your club promotions are taken down and their private contact erased; and you are signed out everywhere. Messages and greetings you already sent stay in the other person's conversation, without your name. A closed account record (dates and language), the text of taken-down club promotions, blocks, reports, payment records and safety logs are kept privately for safety and records and are never shown publicly.
- Can't sign in, or your account was suspended? Ask us to delete it: [email protected] or (562) 888-0099. We confirm it is you by calling or emailing the contact on file, then delete within 7 days.

13. Content, corrections and removal
News headlines, alerts and links belong to their publishers and are shown with credit. Publishers and residents can ask us to correct or remove content at [email protected]; we act on such requests promptly.
14. Changes
If the app's data practices change (for example if payments or crash reporting are added), we will update this policy first, show the date below, and ask for your agreement where required.

1. 운영자
LWVlife는 라구나 우즈 빌리지 주민을 위한 독립 생활 안내 앱으로 LWVlife.org / KoMeRiCa(캘리포니아 라구나 우즈)가 운영합니다. GRF, VMS, 각 Mutual과 관련이 없습니다. 문의: [email protected], (562) 888-0099.
2. 요약
- 대부분의 기능은 계정이 필요 없습니다. 선택 기능인 이웃과 함께(LWV Connections)만 별명, 전화번호나 이메일, 숫자 6자리 비밀번호를 받습니다(9항).
- 앱에 저장한 내용(즐겨찾기, 일정, 가족 연락처, 설정)은 휴대폰에만 남고 저희에게 전송되지 않습니다.
- 위치와 마이크는 그 기능의 버튼을 누를 때만 사용합니다.
- 정보를 판매하지 않으며, 맞춤 광고나 외부 추적·분석 도구를 쓰지 않습니다. 클럽 홍보는 하루 단위의 보인 횟수·누른 횟수 합계만 셉니다.

4. 휴대폰 밖으로 나가는 정보
- 빌리지 정보를 불러올 때 앱은 LWVlife.org 서버에 행사, 지역 업체 안내, 이웃 도움 게시판 목록을 요청합니다. 이 요청에는 저장된 개인 정보가 들어 있지 않습니다. 모든 웹사이트처럼 저희 서버와 호스팅·네트워크 업체(Cloudflare)는 보안과 운영을 위해 기술 기록(IP 주소, 날짜·시간, 요청 페이지, 브라우저 종류)을 자동으로 남깁니다. 기록은 일정 기간만 보관하며 판매하거나 광고에 쓰지 않습니다.
- 최신 뉴스와 지역 안전 알림: 앱이 열려 있는 동안 약 5분마다 LWVlife.org 서버에서 뉴스 파일 하나와 알림 파일 하나를 받습니다. 이 요청에는 관심 분야, 읽은 기록 등 저장된 정보가 들어 있지 않으며, 선택한 내용은 휴대폰 안에서만 적용됩니다. LWVlife 서버는 이용 조건이 허락하는 곳에서만 제목을 모읍니다(현재: 미국 기상청 경보, CalMatters 영어 제목). 다른 언론사는 그 웹사이트로 가는 링크만 보여 줍니다. 짧은 요약과 번역은 허락받은 출처와 공식 기상 경보 문구에 대해서만 만들며, 이때 서버는 공개된 제목과 언론사의 짧은 설명만 Anthropic의 Claude AI 서비스로 보냅니다. 주민에 관한 정보는 절대 보내지 않습니다. 요약과 번역에는 "AI" 표시가 있으며 공식 번역이 아닙니다. 빌리지 알림은 LWVlife 관리자가 확인한 뒤에만, 저희가 쓴 짧은 안내와 공식 공지 링크로 게시합니다. "기사 전문 보기"를 누르면 해당 언론사 웹사이트가 열리며 그 사이트의 방침이 적용됩니다.
- 날씨는 휴대폰이 미국 기상청(api.weather.gov)에서 직접 빌리지 위치 기준으로 받습니다 (사용자 위치가 아님). 다른 웹사이트처럼 기상청은 일반적인 기술 정보(IP 주소 등)를 받습니다.
- 지도는 OpenStreetMap 지도와 unpkg에서 받은 지도 프로그램을 사용하며, 이 서비스들은 일반적인 기술 정보(IP 주소 등)를 받습니다.
- 전화와 문자는 휴대폰 자체의 전화·메시지 앱이 처리합니다. 앱은 번호나 내용을 채워 줄 뿐이며, 통화나 보내기를 누르기 전에는 아무것도 전송되지 않습니다.
4a. 익명 이용 횟수
어르신들이 앱을 더 쉽게 쓰도록, LWVlife는 우리 서버에서만 익명의 터치, 화면, 오류 횟수를 셉니다. 저장하는 것은 매일 바뀌는 무작위 방문 코드, 화면 이름, 버튼 이름, 작은 숫자뿐입니다. 이름, 전화번호, 이메일, IP 주소, 위치, 입력하거나 말한 내용, 에이미 대화, 일기·건강 내용, 검색어는 수집하지 않습니다. 이 정보는 판매하거나 공유하지 않으며 광고 회사로 가지 않습니다. 세부 기록은 14일 후 삭제되고 일별 합계만 남으며, 방문 10회 미만의 합계는 보여주지 않습니다. 브라우저가 추적 금지(Do Not Track) 또는 Global Privacy Control 신호를 보내면 이용 기록을 전혀 수집하지 않습니다. 문의와 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주세요.
5. 위치
"내 위치"를 누르거나 골프카트 기능을 시작할 때만 지도에 현재 위치를 표시하기 위해 사용합니다. 휴대폰이 먼저 허락을 묻습니다. 위치는 휴대폰 안에만 있고 LWVlife.org로 전송되지 않습니다. 거부해도 나머지 기능은 모두 쓸 수 있습니다.
6. 마이크와 음성
"말로 묻기"를 누를 때만 Aimee에게 질문하기 위해 마이크를 사용합니다. 음성은 휴대폰이나 브라우저의 음성 인식(안드로이드·크롬은 Google, 아이폰은 Apple)이 글자로 바꾸며 그 회사의 방침이 적용됩니다. LWVlife는 음성을 녹음하거나 보관하지 않습니다. Aimee의 음성 답변, 굿모닝, 뉴스 읽어 주기는 휴대폰 자체 음성으로 만들어지며, 소리는 어디로도 전송되지 않습니다. 뉴스는 언론사가 허락한 경우에만 읽어 드립니다.
6a. 에이미(AI)와 대화
글이나 말로 에이미에게 일반 질문을 하시면, 질문 내용과 그 대화의 최근 몇 차례(최대 12번)가 LWVlife.org 서버에서 Anthropic의 Claude AI 서비스로 보내져 에이미의 답을 만듭니다. 감추고 싶은 이름, 전화번호, 주소, 건강 정보는 적지 마세요. LWVlife는 대화 내용을 저장하지 않습니다. 서버에는 비용 계산을 위한 사용량, 언어, 시간만 남고 하신 말씀은 남지 않습니다. Anthropic은 저희를 대신해 처리하는 서비스 제공자이며, 이 내용을 AI 학습에 쓰지 않습니다. 에이미는 AI이며 의사, 변호사, 빌리지 직원이 아닙니다. 응급 상황에는 911로 전화하세요.
7. 공유 (카카오톡 등)
공유 버튼은 휴대폰의 공유 메뉴(카카오톡, 문자, 이메일 등)를 엽니다. 앱과 받는 사람을 직접 고르며, 그곳에서 보내기를 누르기 전에는 아무것도 보내지지 않습니다. LWVlife는 연락처, 대화, 카카오 계정을 읽지 않습니다.
8. 외부 웹사이트와 서비스
DwellingLIVE(빌리지 방문객 등록), 라구나 우즈 빌리지 웹사이트, Medicare.gov, SSA.gov, AARP, 유튜브, PBS, 넷플릭스 등은 다른 회사가 운영합니다. "웹사이트 · 자료" 카드는 저희 관련 웹사이트를 엽니다: LWVlife.org, KoMeRiCa(komerica.com과 한국어 화면에서 열리는 한국어 생활가이드 life.komerica.com). 이 웹사이트들은 각자의 방침이 있으며, 앱에 저장된 정보를 공유하지 않습니다. 열기 전에 안내가 나옵니다. 로그인은 그 사이트에서만 하세요. LWVlife는 주민 번호, 비밀번호, 방문객 명단, 메디케어·사회보장 정보, 영상 서비스 계정을 보거나 저장하지 않습니다. 각 서비스의 방침이 적용됩니다.
9. 선택 기능: 이웃과 함께(LWV Connections) 계정
이웃과 함께는 주민이 이웃(친구, 룸메이트 등)을 만나고 클럽이 홍보를 신청하는 선택 기능입니다. 사용하시면 LWVlife.org 서버에 다음이 보관됩니다.
- 계정: 별명, 입력하신 전화번호나 이메일(비공개 - 대화에서 "내 연락처 공유"를 누르기 전에는 다른 사람에게 보이지 않음), 숫자 6자리 비밀번호(숫자 그대로가 아닌 일방향 변환 형태로만 저장). 빌리지 거주 확인과 공동체 규칙 동의 여부, 날짜, 사용 언어도 기록합니다.
- 올린 내용: 소개 글, 관심사, 사진. 사진은 크기를 줄이고 숨은 위치 정보(EXIF)를 지웁니다. 다른 회원은 공개하신 소개 글만 봅니다.
- 인사와 메시지: 두 회원 사이의 인사와 개인 메시지(앱에서는 두 사람만 볼 수 있음. 신고된 메시지는 LWVlife 관리자가 확인을 위해 읽을 수 있음), 차단 목록, 보내신 신고.
- 클럽 홍보: 제출하신 클럽 정보, 클럽의 비공개 연락처, 게시 중인 홍보가 하루에 몇 번 보이고 열렸는지의 합계(누가 봤는지는 기록하지 않음). 게시 중인 클럽 홍보와 공개하기로 한 클럽 연락처는 앱을 쓰는 누구에게나 보입니다.
- 로그인·안전 기록: 로그인 쿠키(사용하는 동안 최대 90일), 로그인 실패 횟수, 악용과 중복 집계를 막기 위한 변환된 네트워크·계정 기록(최대 31일), 안전을 위한 비공개 계정 활동 기록(가입, 게시, 차단, 연락처 공유 등).
- 비밀번호 재설정: 비밀번호를 잊으시고 이메일을 주셨다면 저희 Gmail로 1회용 코드를 보냅니다. 전화번호 계정은 직원이 등록된 번호로 전화드려 도와드립니다.
소개 글은 올리시면 바로 보입니다. 모든 소개 글과 회원에 신고 버튼과 별도의 차단 버튼이 있습니다. LWVlife 관리자는 신고와 클럽 홍보를 확인하며, 규칙에 어긋나는 소개 글을 숨기거나 계정을 닫을 수 있습니다. 앱 안에서는 결제를 받지 않으며 카드·은행 번호를 받지 않습니다. 클럽이 홍보 비용을 앱 밖에서(수표, Zelle 등) LWVlife에 내면 금액, 방법, 결제 참조 번호를 기록합니다.
9b. 나의 일기·건강기록 (선택, 같은 계정 사용)
LWVlife 계정으로 나의 일기에 로그인하시면, 저장하신 일기(쓰신 글, 제목, 혈압·약 같은 분류 표시, 날짜와 시간)는 잃어버리지 않도록 LWVlife 서버에 보관됩니다. 건강에 관한 기록은 민감한 정보이니 남기고 싶은 것만 적어 주세요.
- 볼 수 있는 사람: PIN으로 로그인한 본인뿐입니다. 다른 회원, 클럽, 광고주는 볼 수 없습니다.
- 보호: 글 내용은 서버에서 본인 일기 전용 열쇠로 암호화(AES-256)됩니다. 날짜와 분류 표시는 달력을 위해 암호화하지 않습니다. LWVlife 운영자는 수리나 법적 요구가 있을 때 기술적으로 열쇠를 열 수 있지만, 일기를 읽지 않습니다.
- 음성: 말씀하시면 휴대폰의 음성 인식(안드로이드는 Google, 아이폰은 Apple)이 글자로 바꿉니다. LWVlife는 녹음을 보관하지 않습니다.
- 임시 글과 오프라인 저장: 쓰고 계신 일기는 저장될 때까지 휴대폰에도 보관되고, 인터넷 없이 저장한 일기는 올라갈 때까지 휴대폰에 기다립니다.
- AI(에이미 추억 정리) - 동의 전에는 꺼져 있음: 나의 일기 > 개인정보에서 동의하시고 AI 버튼을 누르실 때만, 그 요청에 해당하는 일기가 Anthropic(Claude)에 보내져 짧은 정리나 월간 추억책 이야기를 씁니다. 결과는 'AI' 표시와 함께 암호화되어 일기장에 보관됩니다. 동의를 취소하면 AI 결과는 모두 지워집니다. 일기를 AI 학습에 쓰지 않습니다.
- 보관과 삭제: 직접 지우실 때까지 보관됩니다. 지운 일기는 30일 동안 휴지통에 있다가 지워집니다. "내 일기 전체 지우기"는 모든 기록과 열쇠를 바로 지웁니다. 서버의 암호화된 야간 백업에는 최대 7일 동안 남습니다.
- 내려받기: 나의 일기 > 개인정보 > 내 일기 내려받기 (글자 파일 또는 전체 사본).
- LWVlife 계정을 삭제하면 일기 전체도 지워집니다.
9a. 이웃 도움, 쿠폰 등 게시
앱(영어·중국어 화면)에서 올리는 이웃 도움과 쿠폰·할인 글은 LWVlife.org 이웃 게시판으로 갑니다. 한국어 화면은 komerica.com의 같은 종류 게시판을 엽니다. 이름이나 별명과 글 내용은 공개되지만 전화번호와 이메일은 공개되지 않습니다. 글에 답하시면 이름, 연락처, 메시지는 글쓴이(와 관리자)에게만 갑니다. 게시물은 확인 후 공개되며, 팀이 승인 전에 글을 줄이거나 고칠 수 있습니다. 모든 글에 신고 버튼이 있습니다. 악용을 막기 위해 글마다 변환된 네트워크 기록을 두며 글과 함께 삭제됩니다. 진행 중인 글은 보통 21일 뒤 끝나고(팀이 다른 날짜로 정하거나 연장할 수 있음), 마감·반려된 글과 답글은 7일 뒤, 아무도 확인하지 않은 글은 14일 뒤 삭제됩니다. "확인 후 게시"로 보내는 양식은 적으신 이름·연락처와 함께 LWVlife 팀 메시지함으로만 가며 공개되지 않습니다.
10. 어린이
55세 이상 공동체에 사는 성인을 위한 앱입니다. 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않으며, 이웃과 함께는 18세 이상 성인만 사용할 수 있습니다. 18세 미만의 정보를 알면서 수집하지 않으며, 알게 되면 삭제합니다.
11. 보안
모든 연결은 암호화된 HTTPS를 사용합니다. 바로가기에는 안전한(https) 주소만 받으며 위험한 링크 형식은 차단합니다. 휴대폰에 저장된 정보는 휴대폰 잠금으로 보호되니 화면 잠금을 사용해 주세요.
12. 선택권
- 앱이 저장한 모든 정보 삭제: 설정 > 내 정보 모두 삭제.
- 위치·마이크는 언제든 휴대폰 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
- 앱을 지우면 휴대폰에 저장된 앱 정보도 지워집니다.
- 이웃과 함께 계정 삭제: 앱에서 이웃과 함께 > 개인정보 · 안전 > 계정 삭제, 또는 웹에서 lwvlife.org/app-preview/delete-account.html(앱 없이 가능). 바로: 별명, 연락처, 비밀번호가 지워지고, 소개 글, 사진, 공유한 연락처가 삭제되며, 대기 중인 인사는 취소되고, 클럽 홍보는 내려지며 비공개 연락처가 지워지고, 모든 기기에서 로그아웃됩니다. 이미 보낸 메시지와 인사는 상대방 대화에 이름 없이 남습니다. 닫힌 계정 기록(날짜, 언어), 내려진 클럽 홍보의 글, 차단, 신고, 결제 기록, 안전 기록은 안전과 기록을 위해 비공개로 보관하며 공개하지 않습니다.
- 로그인이 안 되시거나 계정이 정지되었다면 삭제를 요청하세요: [email protected] 또는 (562) 888-0099. 등록된 연락처로 본인 확인 후 7일 안에 삭제합니다.
- 서버 기록에 관한 문의는 연락 주세요.
13. 콘텐츠 정정과 삭제 요청
뉴스 제목, 알림, 링크는 각 언론사·기관의 것이며 출처를 밝혀 보여 줍니다. 언론사나 주민은 [email protected]로 정정이나 삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 신속히 처리합니다.
14. 변경
앱의 정보 처리 방식이 바뀌면(예: 결제나 오류 보고 추가) 먼저 이 방침을 고치고 날짜를 표시하며, 필요하면 동의를 구합니다.
