Delete your LWVlife account

For the optional LWVlife member account (LWV Connections and My Diary) in the LWVlife app (Google Play developer: LWVlife). You do not need the app to use this page.

Most of LWVlife needs no account. If you made an LWV Connections account, you can delete it here or in the app: LWV Connections > Privacy & safety > Delete my account.

What is deleted at once

• Your whole My Diary (every entry, draft, AI result and your diary encryption key) is erased
• Your nickname, phone number or email, and 6-digit PIN are erased
• Your introductions, interests, photos and shared contacts are deleted
• Pending greetings are withdrawn, and your club promotions are taken down (their private contact is erased)
• You are signed out on every phone and computer

What stays

• Messages and greetings you already sent stay in the other person's conversation, without your name.
• A closed account record (dates and language), the text of taken-down club promotions, blocks, reports, payment records and safety logs are kept privately for safety and records and are never shown publicly.
• Neighbor Help and Coupons posts are separate from this account: close them in "My posts" (they are deleted 7 days later) or ask us.

Delete some data and keep your account

• My Diary, one entry: open the entry and tap "Delete". It goes to the trash and is erased after 30 days (or tap "Delete forever" in the trash).
• My Diary, everything: My Diary > Privacy > "Delete my whole diary". Every entry, draft, AI result and your diary key are erased at once. Your account stays.
• Photos: in LWV Connections, open your introduction and delete any photo.
• Neighbor Help and Coupons posts: close them in "My posts". They are deleted 7 days later.
• Anything else (for example an introduction's text or a message): email [email protected] or call (562) 888-0099 and say what to delete. We confirm it is you through the contact on file and delete it within 7 days.
• Data saved only on your phone (settings, favorites, schedule, family contacts): Settings > "Delete all my data on this device".

Email [email protected] or call (562) 888-0099 and say "delete my LWV Connections account". We confirm it is you by calling or emailing the contact on file, then delete it within 7 days. More details: Privacy Policy.

LWVlife 계정 삭제

LWVlife 앱의 선택 기능인 이웃과 함께(LWV Connections) 계정용입니다(구글 플레이 개발자: LWVlife). 앱 없이 이 페이지에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.

LWVlife 대부분의 기능은 계정이 필요 없습니다. 이웃과 함께 계정을 만드셨다면 여기서, 또는 앱에서 이웃과 함께 > 개인정보 · 안전 > 계정 삭제로 지울 수 있습니다.

바로 삭제되는 것

• 나의 일기 전체(모든 일기, 임시 글, AI 결과, 일기 암호 열쇠)가 지워집니다
• 별명, 전화번호나 이메일, 숫자 6자리 비밀번호가 지워집니다
• 소개 글, 관심사, 사진, 공유한 연락처가 삭제됩니다
• 대기 중인 인사는 취소되고, 클럽 홍보는 내려집니다(비공개 연락처 삭제)
• 모든 휴대폰과 컴퓨터에서 로그아웃됩니다

남는 것

• 이미 보낸 메시지와 인사는 상대방 대화에 이름 없이 남습니다.
• 닫힌 계정 기록(날짜, 언어), 내려진 클럽 홍보의 글, 차단, 신고, 결제 기록, 안전 기록은 안전과 기록을 위해 비공개로 보관하며 공개하지 않습니다.
• 이웃 도움과 쿠폰 글은 이 계정과 별개입니다. "내 글"에서 마감하시면 7일 뒤 삭제되며, 저희에게 요청하셔도 됩니다.

계정은 두고 일부 정보만 지우기

• 나의 일기 한 편: 그 일기를 열고 "지우기"를 누르세요. 휴지통에 들어갔다가 30일 뒤 지워집니다(휴지통에서 "완전히 지우기"도 가능).
• 나의 일기 전체: 나의 일기 > 잠금 > "내 일기 전체 지우기". 모든 일기, 임시 글, AI 결과, 일기 암호 열쇠가 한 번에 지워지고 계정은 남습니다.
• 사진: 이웃과 함께에서 내 소개를 열고 사진을 지우세요.
• 이웃 도움, 쿠폰 글: "내 글"에서 마감하면 7일 뒤 삭제됩니다.
• 그 밖의 정보(소개 글, 메시지 등): [email protected] 또는 (562) 888-0099로 지울 내용을 알려 주세요. 등록된 연락처로 본인 확인 후 7일 안에 지웁니다.
• 휴대폰에만 저장된 정보(설정, 즐겨찾기, 일정, 가족 연락처): 설정 > "이 기기의 내 정보 모두 삭제".

"바로 삭제되는 것"의 내용이 삭제되고 되돌릴 수 없다는 것을 이해합니다.

로그인이 안 되시거나 계정이 정지되었다면
